Sarnies started with a simple mission: make great food, served with soul. From a humble café in Singapore’s CBD born out of creating something we love, we’ve grown into a creative hospitality group across Asia, powered by curiosity, strong teams, and a passion for building meaningful experiences.

Many of our core team members began their humble careers behind the bar or in the kitchen and now lead major markets and brands across the region within the Group. Founder
Ben went from full time finance; doubling up at the banks and at the first Sarnies Cafe pulling espresso shots during peak service, to now Founder of Sarnies Group.
Leading the Group to become a reputable name in the industry in Asia, Ben continues to challenge the industry norms while keeping a strong culture and creativity alive in the form of new concepts and Dad jokes.

Co-Owner
Eric, a barista that dived right into the opportunity to learn coffee roasting and drove the early days of Sarnies Roastery in Singapore.
Continuously spearheading the Sarnies Roastery business alongside Ben in Thailand, what started out as a micro-roaster now supplies thousands of coffees countrywide — with Eric now being a Co-Owner of the Group.
