Ben went from full time finance; doubling up at the banks and at the first Sarnies Cafe pulling espresso shots during peak service, to now Founder of Sarnies Group.
Co-Owner
Eric, a barista that dived right into the opportunity to learn coffee roasting and drove the early days of Sarnies Roastery in Singapore.
Business Development Manager
Bond, our Business Development Manager (and Music Director!) continues to share the Sarnies coffee expertise with the rest of Thailand.
Group Beverage Manager
Pae was head bartender and bar manager at some of Asia’s 50 best bars continues to spearheads Sarnies’ bespoke cocktail bar, F*nkytown, and R&D and menu development for all drinks across the group.
Group Head Chef
Luqman joined Sarnies in 2017 as a Cook and has since worked his way up to his role as Group Head Chef.

Theo boasts a rich ten-year culinary journey, honed at renowned establishments like the Connaught Hotel, JeanGeorges, and Annabel's.
Group Head Barista
Pran found his love for coffee back in Australia and is now a certified Q-grader for coffee. He’s been developing our portfolio of coffee beans, training staff, roasting and brewing to perfection.
Head of Marketing
Aim, her passion for food and coffee brought her to Sarnies where she is responsible for the group’s marketing planning, organising, and directing.
Chief Technology Officer
Kacper is spearheading the vision of the Sarnies group to be the market leader in AI and automation in the F&B sector, supporting our ability to scale across multiple concepts and jurisdictions.
General Manager and COO
As the General Manager and COO, Simaporn has been managing our team of over 200 people administratively, optimising growth through strengthening procurement, cost control and organisational structure.
Area Outlet Manager and Tik, Senior Manager
Yawvaman, our Area Outlet Manager, joined in 2022 with over 15 years of aviation service experience. She quickly advanced to senior leadership, elevating service standards, mentoring teams, and implementing scalable systems to support Sarnies' growth.
Operations Manager
Ai, with 10+ years at Shangri-La and Four Seasons, she brought strong customer service expertise to Sarnies as Area Outlet Manager, elevating service standards while driving the group’s outlet growth.
