Spanning coffee, bakeries, casual dining, and retail, we create experiences beyond the plate.
What began as a shared love for good food and thoughtful hospitality has grown into a collective of distinct, ever-evolving concepts.
Sarnies was built on the belief that food is better when it’s made with care, curiosity, and collaboration. From sourcing quality ingredients to shaping spaces and stories, we create experiences that feel genuine and lived-in.
As we grow, our focus remains the same: build brands we believe in, alongside people we trust.

We started Sarnies because we wanted proper sandwiches in Singapore. What began as a craving quickly turned into a place where good food, good coffee, and good people came together. The first Sarnies store was built on instinct, curiosity, and a belief that everyday food could be done better.
As the food evolved, so did our standards for coffee. We wanted consistency, quality, and control—so we decided to roast our own. Sarnies Roastery was born to deepen our understanding of coffee and support every cup we served. It became the backbone of the brand and a commitment to doing things properly, starting from the source.
Years of building brands taught us a lot about storytelling, design, and what makes hospitality connect. CHOW was created as a creative agency focused on F&B and hospitality, bringing together strategy, branding, and marketing under one roof. It allowed us to share our experience beyond our own concepts. And in doing so, help others build with intention too.
We transformed two empty shophouses on Sukhumvit 37 into a walk-up experience that brought everything together. Sarnies Sukhumvit became a physical expression of who we were as a group—food, coffee, bakery, people, and pace all in one place. More than just a location, it was a statement of how we think about space and community.
This was the year we stepped back and looked at the bigger picture. We refined our role as a hospitality group, focusing not just on growth, but on responsibility and impact. Our goal became clearer: to uplift the industry through better practices, stronger teams, and more thoughtful concepts. Growth, but with purpose.
